AustCham's People Forum Committee invites you to join us for our August meeting on Tuesday 27th August from 12:30-1:30pm online and in person at the CLP boardroom in Central.
We welcome Tony Williams from Korn Ferry who will moderate a discussion on how leaders can face into challenges and facilitate some options for overcoming them.
Leading beyond VUCA – how agile learning is a key part of survival
Several recent publications have devised new terminology to replace VUCA as a way of describing the challenges that face leaders in 2024. BANI & TUNA just two of a plethora of new contextual models for leaders to navigate.
Most Hong Kong leaders are less concerned about the terminology, more about the reality of the risks that face every day. Geopolitical tensions between east and west, how to optimise digital technology, how to motivate a changing talent demographic, are just three examples of many.
