AustCham Hong Kong invites Members to join us for an exclusive Private Briefing with Australia's Ambassador to the People's Republic of China, His Excellency Mr Scott Dewar.

Mr Dewar's appointment as Ambassador was announced in September 2023. Mr Dewar is a senior career officer with the Australian Public Service and was most recently Deputy Secretary, International and Security Group, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. He has previously served overseas as Consul-General in Honolulu and had postings in China and the Republic of Korea.

Ambassador Dewar will provide members with a briefing and participate in Q&A. The event includes breakfast, tea/coffee and networking with the AustCham community.

This is a strictly Members Only event and conducted under Chatham House Rules.
