Sue was appointed Global Chief Executive in 2017 following four years as Chief Executive Partner, Australia, where she led a very successful growth agenda & the architect of the firm's pivot to Asia. Sue was the first woman to head up one of the "big six" law firms in Australia when she assumed the role of Australian managing partner at King & Wood Mallesons a decade ago.

Sue is a member of Chief Executive Women and is the first Australian female to lead a global law firm.
