Event Details AustCham's Food, Beverage & Hospitality Committee invites you to join us for our March meeting as we hear from the Grand Hyatt Hotel's General Manager, Mark Holmes, as he gives his insights and views on the developments in Hong Kong's luxury hospitality industry.
This meeting will be held from 5:00pm-6:00pm and is an in-person event only. The meeting point will be the lobby of the Grand Hyatt.

Mark Holmes General Manager at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong Mr. Mark Holmes was appointed General Manager of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong on 16 September 2024. He began his hospitality career as a corporate trainee at Grand Hyatt New York in 1990 after graduating with a Hotel and Tourism Management diploma from County College of Morris and a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from New York University. Over the next 20 years, he excelled in various roles, including catering, banquet sales and Food & Beverage management, at over 15 Hyatt hotels worldwide across Australia, Oman, Taipei, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and China. In 2010, Mr. Holmes advanced to his inaugural General Manager role at Park Hyatt Sanya Sunny Bay Resort. Since 2020, he has served as the Executive General Manager of Hospitality at Crown Towers Sydney before returning to the Hyatt family.
