Hosted by the AustCham Sustainability Committee, this important and timely session will give an overview of new regulatory disclosure requirements and what Board members need to do to ensure compliance in Hong Kong.
Boards are increasingly being held accountable for the sustainability performance of their companies, new sustainability reporting frameworks have specific requirements on the Board's role in overseeing sustainability strategy and disclosure. This event provides expert perspectives on how boards are, and should be, assessing climate-related risks and opportunities as well as leveraging sustainability to create value.
