Simon Wilson Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Grounds With his roots in hospitality experiences, Simon brought Taste of Hong Kong to Central Harborfront in 2016, having previously led the team producing Taste Festivals in Australia (Taste of Sydney, Taste of Melbourne and Taste of Perth). In his role as Head of Culinary, Asia for IMG, Simon drove the culinary aspirations for the region, exploring launch opportunities in Singapore, Shanghai and Tokyo. Simon was previously part of the brand partnerships team at IMG Media working on global projects such as Sport 24 and the Rugby World Cup Japan 2019.
